A year-old woman from Newark died Monday night after she drove through a red light and crashed her car into another car, which caused that car to then hit a third vehicle, police said. Troopers found Jacqueline Gregorski badly hurt. Paramedics took her to a local hospital, where she died.

Police said Gregorski was driving a Camry on Stoney Batter Road, toward Limestone Road, when she drove through a red light and crossed over the north lanes of Route 7. Gregorski then entered the south lanes, where a Camry was heading toward her. The driver of the Camry hit the front right side of Gregorski's car, which caused the Camry to rotate, hitting a Toyota Tacoma that was stopped in a left-turn lane. The driver of the Camry, a year-old girl from Wilmington, and the driver of the Tacoma, a year-old man from Newark, refused medical treatment.
